Leadership Promise Overview
At the 2016 Shareholders Conference we captured the key values and sentiments that employees want to see manifested by their leaders. We must preserve our unique culture, and we can help do that by having our leaders live the Flynn Leadership Promise.
The Flynn Leadership Promise aims to communicate our subconscious values, beliefs and behaviours that represent our culture from a leadership perspective, “The Flynn Way”.
What is the “Flynn Leadership Promise”? It is six statements, which attempt to capture the essence of the Leadership behaviours which are encouraged and expected from Leaders at all levels within Flynn. Leadership is action, not position.
